The details that complete
Pool, pool bar, yoga, and the social lounge, Als's four core scenes. All on the same scale; all for the guest.
The Pool
The open pool at the centre of our courtyard is, in the early hours, a quiet reading room; in late afternoon, a meeting place where conversations loosen. 14 metres long, chlorine-free salt system, with hand-made ceramic loungers and natural-fabric umbrellas.
There is no queue for sunbeds. Each guest has a place reserved with their booking; you'll find your number set when you check in. The team that turns down your bed at night also sets your pool spot in the morning.
Pool Bar
By the pool, the bar serves light plates and signature cocktails through the day. We built the menu with the small producers of the Çeşme–Karaburun peninsula: Karaburun olive oil, Alaçatı tomato, Sığacık sea bass, local citrus, house-made spicy jam.
Signature drinks rotate by season. The summer list features the Triskele Spritz (local white wine, mastic liqueur, fresh orange), the Alaçatı Negroni and the Bordeaux Highball. Non-alcoholic options are built with the same care.
Yoga
The indoor yoga studio sits behind the courtyard, with natural wood underfoot and a wide single-pane window. We design each session for a small group, eight at most. Mornings on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 07:30, vinyasa and yin flows for an hour. Our instructor Deniz is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher.
Each stay includes one weekly session as our gift; additional sessions are available for a small fee. Mat, block and towel are ours to provide.
Social Lounge
Off the reception, the lounge is open all day. A coffee station, a turntable (we welcome the records you bring), a small library, and a long table opening to the street. On a less-than-perfect-weather morning, breakfast happily extends in here.
In the evening, the lounge becomes a stage for small tasting tables. Twice a week, we invite a local producer (olive oil, cheese, wine) for a short tasting open only to our guests.
